I agree that our RD is creative with data manipulation as well as talking K into allowing, he didn't start it in our region. K himself manipulated our data to help our region go from 8th to #1 in just last Quarter of the year by removing all of our hospitals with low treatment rate from the IC reports.
So K started and our current RD just took it to another level by 3 fold.
You must learn to find areas of the IC you can manipulate or get paid little Bonus and if K signs off on it then it's fair game nothing illegal.

Doesn’t matter both RDs have checkered past and now have current HR complaints/investigations against them.

Both been fired with cause by previous companies.
1 for female sexual harrassment & stalking
1 for cheating
Both doing the same at Gilead
Both hired by current ERD
