Both and at least Kevin needs to be removed for the division to be even close to what we had the first 2 years. The past year under KC has felt like 10yrs for the reps and I can't imagine what the RDs feel like (rumored is all but the predator in the West are looking daily as they are miserable under the s for brains ERD)

Ya’ll are a bunch of complaining, mud slinging clowns. It’s bad enough leadership is subservient to a fault and lacks the courage to speak their minds but our entire BU on the ground suffers from the same. Manage up. Grow up.
 












The Covid BU has more potential than any of Gileads division. Competitor oral Paxlovid did a historical $30 Billion last year so this BU has unheard of potential for a Biotech , BUT they need to clean house with Kevin, Michele & Kristi.
Kevin has no leadership, vision or strategy or people skills.
Michele only knows clinic base selling & doesn't want to learn IDNs.
Kristi is very nice but not knowledgeable with hospitals or IDNs or sales in general never even being a rep or RD.
The BU potential is greatest ever but stiffled by incompetence of KC & HQ.
After 3 yrs they should have learned the hospital space but are as clueless now as when they come over because they refuse to listen.

Well the meeting next week will be anything but training for account sales. It's all role play ALL DAY BOTH DAYS. That'll help move sales in our IDN's. Funny thing is most of the people that are good at role plays aren't as good in a real world scenario. Ever notice that? Is this how other account managers train?

ERD was not even heard from until Day 2. He just a doucsh bag walking mess. Has no leadership presence. Michele & Kristi are OK but Kevin doesn't have a clue what he is doing. He is saying same thing over over over like a robot . Same thing past year like broke record.
Also is a sloppy mess with his cloths
Maybe he can be booted to the curb and we just have Michele who is running everything anyway. Kevin is her b i t ch boy

I think you are really down playing the reality of the situation. It is worse than your comment, believe that! The walking sh@++ show behind his BS is a untrustworthy manipulative poor character guy with horrible ethics and morals.

Why even have Kevin as ERD if all he does is work on assignments for Brand and ride with reps. He really has no functional use in sales. Put him in HQ position it looks like Michele is control of the Salesforce.
Agree with 99% of the comments on KC-- he has always been bad even in HIV but he does have some skills that could benefit a back office HQ Brand position.

All true, but Michele is also horrible & clueless to anything outside of HIV. Pete needs to terminate her incompetence quickly.
(There is a reason Oncology didn't want to keep her more than a few months. She has bounced around w laterals more than anyone in the company)
