NE Region is full of disgruntled hot mess reps. Never seen so many unhappy complaining people in my life.
A couple of them should have never been hired and are old cancers who do not work.
Whoever hired them should be fired!
 






HIV here. Not familiar w BB but know AF. The hiring RD is responsible for poor character and cancer reps as well as getting rid of them. Don't point fingers at these reps as they have always been like this their entire careers, so fault lies with the RD hiring then not quickly addressing them.
Agree with previous comments that they should just retire and all headaches will be solved.
 












It is just our regional culture.
AF is an unhappy person that needs to retire & find joy in life. Remove that cancer and the region is 10x better.
(Bad hire by the RD and should have terminated her a long time ago. Hopefully things are moving in the direction very soon)

Listen... we need to celebrate each other's wins and also stay humble when we're on top bc the way these IC methodologies change and the way they manipulate territories you never know what you're going to be dealt. My heart goes out to whomever is in a bad place. Be happy that's not you and try to be supportive by giving somebody the benefit of the doubt.
 












They both are useless too. Without outpatient, they would be dead last
PU lives with OP but KB has all the large hospital systems and territory did well with all IC plans and only had 1 OP clinic. Rest is in patient.
NE is just a mess in a different way -- toxic lazy non working complaining b itching reps who the RD can't hire good talent and he was 1 of 2 KC's only hires.
(Both had been terminated w previous companies)
 






An HR & LEGAL inquiry needs to be turned in to HQ about the illegal activities throughout entire NE facilitated & supported by the RD & ERD who knew about reselling free drugs for 100% profit going on w covid relief money.
This will blow up WSJ & MSNBC when it goes public
 






Yes HR & LEGAL need to be notified or our company is at risk for billion dollar in fines for supporting while turning a blind eye. Typical Merck & BMS style (look at all the fines they have received for similar actions )
 






The NE region has the most toxic attitude reps who have the worst work ethic while trying to illegally manipulate off indication usage and data (double bank -you know all of us reps know) They follow the lead of their RD.
No wonder KB & PU want the heck out asap and have been posting for any openings of interest. The remaining need to be S canned.
You clean house in the NE, then you immediately turn the BU culture positive.
 


















It is not sinking as it still brings in billions a year worldwide. But it is tredding water when it should be soaring with the right motivational leadership.
The hold back is the indecisive decision making and constient changing of things by the ERD. You can not have consistency when every Semester the ERD changes something. Just waiting for the shoe to drop this 2nd Semster on something else he decided to change. Territory alignment, Regions, moving headcount like checkers ??? Who knows but with our ERD you know something will come up to make is 7 semesters in a row. With that leadership style you will never grow & always flounder.

They work harder to try and manipulate data for a inflated false IC than it would be to actually work a hospital.
ERD gives into them because it use to be his region.

The real question is does anyone outside this BU know how bad it is with no numbers, guidance, or motivation. Where is Na and Sandrine?
Sandrine is still trying to figure out a free enterprise country that's not socialize medicine she has had entire career. This role over the US is a very poor fit for her. She needs to be over a European country manager that has simple straight forward socialize medicine.
Nah is a classical quota promotion. Has no business being anywhere near this position and would not even be a good 1st line manager. She is very under qualified. She has totally screwed up the launch .
 






The IC plan is great if you have an RD that knows how to manipulate and find loopholes in the data while convincing Jeff Peters to align with their ideas.
You all need to learn, it is a game ! IC is not about driving volume rather making the market share look favorable with strategic manipulation of data.
Our RD came over a little over a couple of years ago were he worked in analytics. Our region had one of the lower IC rankings but he played around with the data to came up with ideas to make us look better with IC, then we went to the top.
Don't reply with all that character, ethics, moral BS as this is about making money not going to church.
IC is about maximizing the gray areas to your advantage. Our RD is an expert at that.
Your RD needs to be more creative with manipulation of the IC plan. It is a game and the one who plays it the best wins you righteous poor fools!
