nope. Still working, but only to the extent “I feel safe”. Way to go, Rockville. Leave it up to us reps to decide what is best when the Gov’t has advised everyone to stay at home, and specifically against going to medical centers during this nationwide pandemic

It’s not fair to just tell us to grow up. There are reps that have good reason to feel uncomfortable about the potential exposure. Not to mention it’s pretty distasteful, to put it lightly, as a rep to demand attention from our offices who may already be short staffed due to schools closing and added stress from this outbreak. And it’s not a lack of maturity that causes them to stay silent, it’s concern over how it will make them look to corporate to speak up. Some of us actually want to do this job well and keep at it for the long run. But to not give us a concrete decision this late on Monday makes you wonder if the powers that be have even turned on the news. These vague communications are worthless. It’s irresponsible to keep reps in the field right now and the longer it goes unsaid by corporate the more greedy and careless our company looks.Why are you blaming Rockville? Grow the fuck up! I completely agree...most companies have already pulled their reps out...but there we are basically the last reps in the offices.
It’s a good opportunity if you are smart and know how to leverage it. Just be smart about it.and certain regions have apparently pulled reps from the field. But we can’t come to a nationwide decision for all reps? Did those reps complain more?? Supernus looks very weak right now. Embarrassing.

I really think the company is treating us like adults and letting us make decisions daily that meet our needs. We should relish this, not resent it.How are we suppose to make a decision on this matter? We are not drs and we have no clue who has this virus or where this virus is in regards to our offices. Supernus needs to grow a sac and make a decision that takes care of their people and the company.....that’s what leadership does. We have some reps in the field and some staying home but NEITHER was an option based on a vanilla email from GC. If we are able to make that decision on our own then FREAKIN TELL US!!!!!!!! If we suppose to just do whatever the hell we want then this company is doomed. Understand the situation before you just go around blaming reps for being entitled, immature etc. This just didn’t start today. CREATE A PLAN THAT DOENST INCLUDE TARGETING AND MESSAGING. FREAKIN THINK AND GET IT DONE.
