If it's Neos Therapeutics that would be fantastic. Their stock has a 5 year high of $27.00 and is currently trading for $1.22!! I'm sure they have viable products with a robust pipeline. NOT!!!!

Go waste $50M somewhere else Supernus. This has the Biscayne acquisition written all over it (how can we get the best stock pop by spending the least amount of money).

with everyone on lockdown due to Wuhan virus concerns, I decided to use my passion for Peloton to engage with my accounts.

What do you think our business model is? A smart company doesn’t extend itself beyond its core competencies. Our core competency is reformulation not new chemical entities. It’s done well for us so far with this year(1 of 7 as a commercial organization) as an exception. $1B doesn’t buy you a lot in pharma world, but it does buy you reformulations that are low cost development and high return (even if you are fighting for coverage.)

These are the facts. Either use Supernus as a stepping stone or come to terms with what we are and make the best of it.

This makes no sense! That’s great you don’t care about what you sell but buying another reformulated product won’t give you long term pay checks or bonuses i.e look at our diminishing sales currently. Also the idea we should only sell turds the rest of our lives just so we don’t get bought out is ridiculous. Shire was bought when there golden goose was running dry. They bought those turd xr drugs to keeps the ship a float. It’s precisely why I think Supernus should not buy another xr drug. We need to get out this xr business so we can actually have long sustained growth and revenue.

We gave away a tremendous amount of product with GC to make Supernus look amazing and the only reason we got those scripts was due to GC. Drs weren’t sold any differently on the product. So it sounds like we kinda agree so maybe this is a lesson on communication? That post is probably the most sense you’ve ever made but Is still laced with anger and accusation. It doesn’t matter how smart loyal or high performing you are; if you talk to people like that you will be dismissed as a dumb disgruntled and underperforming rep. Not saying this to be holier than thou, just truly trying to help you get your point across better.
