Compliance Inteview (Urology)

Id love to know how Jim B can keep his job after 20 people said he harassed them and was rude and not listening to what the reps all said .... What kind of cop are you Jim ? People told you where the trouble started yet you are yelling about 120 units of Botox ? No wonder you aren't a detective anymore .... Can't get your facts straight maybe you would do a better job selling Toviaz. They shouldn't let you run any investigations since you don't listen or understand what allocations and arbitration even are...you want to be a part of corporate America ? Treat people inncocent till proven guilty rule 101

I just spoke to a friend of mine who worked with Jennifer Wiedman at her last company. It's amazing how she is here asking us questions and believes everyone is wrong and guilty of something when she was fired in her last company for sleeping with employees who worked under her. They filed sexually harassment against her. So who is guilty of wrong doing now Jennifer. Explain yourself

Takes weeks to get an answer out if her . She should be spending her time getting Chris B and Dave M fired for Arbo . Their names are all over it and everyone threw them under the big bus yet they are still here telling us to hit and exceed our sales goals ? They let all those reps go and are keeping these bad managers ? And taking 16 people to Mexico all built on fake Arbo and lies ? May as well take all if us what is the difference ....

Easy now. I have a lot of respect for many if not all of the reps going on the trip. I happen to be close friends with at least 2 going & they definitely did not fake arbo's or lie so please stop insinuating that anyone who is successful lied. Some people did it the old-fashioned way. Good old hard work & selling. There really are good people in this division who don't cheat!

Not everyone is cheating, purposely but everyone has allocations that aren't correct. People that were fired weren't cheating but this company believes everyone is guilty. Ask anyone that was interviewed by compliance, you were guilty before the interview. How can someone interview people but not understand what you are asking. How can we stay with this company, they don't care about us. You still haven't given us our correct goals, they are giving a big FU to our management. This is a horrible company and I'm out of here after Friday payday.
 




California is done ... Allergan is a NJ based company . It is very clear to me after all that went down and continues to be "investigated".... By NJ I mean Forrest .... They ruined Actavis and are on to the next ..... Allergan wake up grab a set and fight for your people ! U have nothing to loose .... U let them take over an investigation about arbitration ? They have no clue what that even is which is why u have lost 19 good reps ! Wake the f up ! Do u not see this is the beginning of the end ? Tina in California is head of compliance and new NOTHING about this ! They have a team of HR people and compliance cops of their own .....days are truely numbered sad.... But if I are going to go against your reps u deserve what is clearly coming your way . Unemployment !
 








Does anyone else think this company doesn't care about Urology, CB or LL. They have CB go on stage and tell us we have -3% growth rate, we all get excited and go crazy because just like CB and LL said this has never happened before. OH NO they made a mistake, we have 3.5% growth rate which is 6.5% difference. Just another FU to the Urology division. This isn't even the worst part of it, CB told all of management not to say anything to your teams. They all new over a week ago after all of us went screaming that our goals were wrong. So we were not going to be told until it leaked out and then LL and CB realized we need to say something. It's one lie after another here, how can they expect us to trust one word that comes out of their selfish greedy mouths. Actavis just do us all a favor, give us our money and walking papers because we all know we are on death row. Just ask your managers how come they haven't received their commission checks, they have no answer.

Hey douchebag this isnt CB or any other manager, this is a rep speaking and believe me CB is not to blame. the guy walked into this mess, as a manager I dont know what he did or said to his team but this was all set up by Richard facilitated willingly by the reps and when i was interviewed I was tol " get it done anywy possible" just like everyone else. The only people to blame are the idiot reps tha took advantage of the system while management turned a blind eye. I would say LL is to blame because when she was put into her position she had the opportunity to fix it and make things right but stuck with the status quo
 




That's your problem, you don't know. If you were really a rep that's been here from the beginning you would know the first rep and manager that cheated , KP was the rep and CB was the manager. They blatantly cheated and both won a trip and both promoted on cheating. So if you really knew anything you would have known that. I agree CB didn't start this but all management should be fired including MF. I have friends that were fired and not all of them took advantage of anything, it's the company we work for now. Everyone that was interviewed was guilty before they walked in the room, including the managers. They were all treated unfairly, even the ones they kept. We work for a horrible company that doesn't care or want us here anymore, it's time to move on.
