Compliance Inteview (Urology)

That's your problem, you don't know. If you were really a rep that's been here from the beginning you would know the first rep and manager that cheated , KP was the rep and CB was the manager. They blatantly cheated and both won a trip and both promoted on cheating. So if you really knew anything you would have known that. I agree CB didn't start this but all management should be fired including MF. I have friends that were fired and not all of them took advantage of anything, it's the company we work for now. Everyone that was interviewed was guilty before they walked in the room, including the managers. They were all treated unfairly, even the ones they kept. We work for a horrible company that doesn't care or want us here anymore, it's time to move on.

Then move on genius. Obviously you're much smarter than anyone else in the room because you have everything figured out. I would bet you aren't working at Allergan currently or if you are, your territory is in shambles because you like to blame your lack of production on everyone else. SCRAM
 




The interviews are over but the bs will never end after the latest decisions. This genius was right, they want us to quit. You just don't treat people this way, COMPLIANCE REMEMBER KARMA WILL COME BACK TO BITE ALL OF YOU IN YOUR BIG FAT A?? Wait until the latest news comes out, then you tell us we were wrong. Compliance please explain if we are wrong we should be fired and if we are not wrong why the punishment. Oh I know, more to come after the announcements. No I'm not a shitty employee, I work for a shitty company. Just look at the history since we were bought. 18 employees fired most wrongfully fired, then the managers had their punishment which is totally wrong. Then Chris was fired when he did nothing wrong now Lori is being let go as they lie and say it has nothing to do with compliance. She will be out of Allergan in two weeks. We all work for a horrible company that wants us to leave.

I think it is time for us to see the writing was on the wall months ago and it has come full circle ...,, firing everyone is NOT GOOD for us ... Lori was demoted if she stays she is not a VP... We have no one in our corner except actavis who are picking us off the line one at a time ... Foolish to think it will last through the summer .... The uro Botox is 25 million with the fake allocations... There is no way they will pay us long term
 




100% agree, Lori is demoted but she will take her package and walk away with millions. The problem I have is that Chris and Lori weren't the reason for everything. They actually tried to fix the issues but Actavis has no idea what they are doing. They give the whole Urology team back to the person who started it all MF. Then we reduce the division to 25 million and pay people more then they are bringing into the company, please explain to me how is this makes sense. We keep talking out both sides of our mouths.nwe were told that Rapaflo and Botox makes every territory worth a million dollars so that's how we profit, but now we are not going to have Rapaflo, so please explain to everyone how you keep all of us now. It's always something different, it's hard to cover lie after lie. The writing is on the wall, time to move on

Do you know what is wrong with this division? The inability of its employees to distinguish between right and wrong. There is a fundamental ethics problem, and anyone who knows the Actavis attitude toward ethics violators could have seen this coming from a mile away (Warner Chilcott, anyone?). The place was run by immature "leaders" who seemed to think that creating a system that allowed cheating and artificial numbers inflation was the same thing as legitimately building sales.

The original reps and managers created the arbitration and allocation system. Reps who knowingly falsified arbitrations (you know, the ones who would sit down at a nurse's desk and shoot themselves a falsified SPP email from the nurse's account) cheated, period. It wasn't that hard to track SPP in a legitimate way, and it wasn't hard to provide actual, verifiable proof as opposed to a generic email. And allocations? Also easy to be pretty accurate. Sit down with a scheduler, go over a doc's calendar, count the Botox cases and units used, and figure out what percentage of that hospital's business belonged to that doctor. Some people even under-allocated to be on the safe side, knowing the Ponzi scheme couldn't possibly hold forever. And I knew a lot of honest people who were horrified and irritated at the way they were passed in rankings by someone who would send themselves a fat, fake email. Those honest people continue to do their best, hoping the system will finally be made right, and legitimate.

Managers pressured reps to "find" arbitration at the end of the quarter. Reps who said there was no arbitration to "find" were harassed and managed out. Reps who falsified info were promoted into management for their "performance," or they won award trips, even having the gall to give thank you speeches at awards dinners.
Some reps felt pressured to "find" arbitration and did it, even if it was a lie, in order to save their jobs. Many, many other reps left, because it was demotivating to realize that every quarter the cheaters would make far more money than the non-cheaters, and your job would be in jeopardy if you didn't cheat--and they didn't feel right giving in to the pressure to cheat. It just wasn't worth it to stay when you could leave, make the same money, and work for a company whose rankings and payouts were legit.

Now here's the shit of it: not every rep who was fired was guilty of cheating. Actavis, however, didn't care (see their Warner Chilcott actions). That's lousy, considering that cheating managers were able to keep their jobs. And yes, any manager who pressured anyone to "find" arbitration, harassed reps who didn't, and approved false arbitrations and allocations was a cheater. Managers knew the numbers were pure bs for so many reps. That means they were in the wrong, for the ethically impaired among urology division employees.

He is an extremely hard-working and positive person and last I checked he wasn't trying to be a manager at Pfizer or any other company...

I agree with you that many don't want to hear the truth but asking what we do all day & when was the last time anyone was called for a case is confusing. I'm very busy opening up new business, growing current business by asking to find more patients, attending cases for new accounts or surg techs, handling Rapaflo BS, etc. Not enough hours in the day actually so I'm not sure who you are or what you do all day but you're clearly not a uro rep or a crappy one if so. If you think you've exhausted all new business, you are in the wrong job because their are so many patients out there that need 3rd line therapy. You need to go sell a prescription pill as this is not the right sales position for you.
