I think they want to see which reps are talking to which reps. My manager recently asked all of us individually who we talk to. When our numbers looks this bad as a whole and our stock price is in the tank, THIS is Kevan’s focus??? Focus on Your Job Kevan!!!!! Picking apart phone bills to see who may be talking to someone who thinks ill of you will Not Improve your stock price
Is that why a couple people went over there...? I know of at least 4.Your friend lied! No one there is getting 140-150 as a rep, besides that they wouldn’t even speak to anyone from Kala because of the non-compete.
Who was the 2nd manager? TX and who else?I’ll play along. There was about 3 last week including 2 managers that left or that were pushed out. I will say there will probably be 2 more this week.

For those who've experienced both, which company/launch is worse? Shire/Xiidra? Or Kala/Eysuvis?
1. Don't speak up. Keep your head down. This is not a culture welcoming of suggestions you will be singled out. They just want yes men and women.
2. Be diligent. Put your calls in, spend your budget and check the box - Management has been instructed to fill out a very large and very detailed form after every field ride (which will be often). Basically check the box and CYA because they are looking at and documenting EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING.
3. Play the game even if the toxic culture of this place is making you want to burn it all down, but keep notes bc if you do get let go you've got reciepts.
Kala is no longer a fun and good company to work for. Just check the box and like most others keep looking for something better.
