Can we go back to no ride alongs? Omg my offices are still closed off for the most part, they don't want managers showing up anymore than I want them breathing over my shoulder all day. Some of these new managers are a nightmare.

CEO is old school Novartis. They ate and drank reach and frequency! Forced PIPs at old companies based on call averages. I would of hoped he would have become enlightened by now but that was a silly thought
Yes the good Ole days of just do your job, the reason many of us came here are gone..hello big pharma. Many have entire areas that are closed due to COVID, just encourages fake calls.

Why do we not have the week between Christmas and New Year’s off? Almost every single company gives this time off. it’s completely dead, offices don’t want us in there, they’re trying to finish up the year and get last minute patients in. This is the first company I’ve ever worked for that doesn’t give it. It would be a huge morale booster if we did.
Because this company doesn't care about you, haven't you learned that yet? It's all about the shareholders and even though we are shareholders we're just replaceable worker ants.
