I knew everyone is extremely unhappy but are they really firing people already? That is pretty savage. They are blaming the reps for poor numbers but they should look internally. This place is a sinking ship and we are going down fast just like our stock

Yes they are letting people go. They are putting people on PIPS. It's happening quietly but we all know because we all talk. There are multiple regions to my knowledge that have a handful of people on them.
 
















































Hey Kevan. We all suck says you. Why don’t you make it official and send an email out that the non-compete is null and void. Why not?? Since it is all our fault out here in the field that Eysuvis isn’t performing. You will have mass exodus and you are then free to hire all of those wonderful reps out there who will no doubt take this company to the top!! LET US GO. New reps will make allll the difference. yes it’s all our fault in the field. It’s our fault that the hub was a huge waste of money and a complete failure. It’s our fault that they messed up on the co-pay cards not once, but twice and they are still too expensive. It’s our fault that there’s no cash option for patients with the co-pay card that is actually affordable. It’s our fault that they didn’t take the feedback we gave them last year and made the sample twice as big as it needs to be so now we aren't leaving them but BL is backing up the truck to every office. It’s our fault that doctors are simply frustrated and it's easier to just write other meds in the class THAT HAVE 25$ CO PAYS AND MEDICARE CARDS.

I think it's great how much consideration management gives when they ask for opinions and suggestions from the field. I feel like the really listen when they take the time to do so by then go on the compete opposite direction.

recruiter called today for Novartis. 3 weeks of vacation, they actually shutdown for the week between Christmas. They get UNLIMITED sick days, 5 personal days, and an extra ME day, tesla option for company car that they probably don’t have to drive until the wheels fall off.
