For the amount of work, Olympus has become the worst compensation in the industry. No motivation to close more than quota this year.

Keep laying people off so we can better service customers and pad your profit margins. Shitting on your reps for bringing in deals makes as much sense as turning us into Boston Scientific at all costs. Last time I checked we are an market leader in __________________.

Most here are looking for a job for a reason.

Just an FYI Sales Ops Dickhead....
Olympus illegally acquired Gyrus ACMI in the Caymans and paid close to $42 million to the investment banker who closed the deal. Normal Investment Banking fees are 1% of the total deal, not 25% you fucking god damned criminal!
Nobody gives two shits about your thoughts on sales... You couldn't sell your way out of a paper bag, and have zero knowledge on how to sell to customers in a healthcare environment. I hope you come down with terminal cancer you fucking coward.
 
























this is so funny. I was a prospective interview, but once I read all the comments I knew immediately it wasn't for me. It would be one thing if this was a smaller company and had a few people writing negative things, but this is a large corporation and there are many people talking A LOT of shit. This just goes to show to type of company. I hope they lose all their business. Screw Olympus

Continuing to expose the corporate frauds is the only way. Recruiters, managers from other companies, internal Tokyo management, reps inside and outside Olympus read ALL of these posts.
The more honest information that gets out to the public community the more it will hurt Olympus.
