Confirmed in my district. The free growth vials and big commissions put a couple of our reps way over the top and up the rankings 22 spots. I told manager this and detailed where growth came from. BUSTED....."yes it helped them a little bit." Ummmmmmm....I am not a CP regular, but thank goodness for this board so I can vent this CRAP! Unbelievable OP, thanks for explaining how the reduced Q3 & Q4 IC plan puts more distance between free account territories and those who did not get any. No way to catch up now with reduced IC payouts.

Cadence, go back and adjust baselines or adjust rankings fairly. Please.

Hats off to all those true earners who got growth on their own!!!!!! We should have our own presidents club.

Bravo! I couldn't have said it any better and totally agree with you. So totally unfair and unjust. I don't think it is fair that there are reps that literally have absorbed a second territory and then soar up the rankings. What a bunch of crap! So tired of the outright unfairness of this place. You are not alone in your feelings and the only ones that will oppose your are the ones that have gotten a lot of extra territories and know in their heart they shouldn't be ranked like they are.

What territories were given a second territory? Bet almost all of the reps were ex scios good old boys club.

Yes! Especially those of us who have grown WITHOUT being given free accounts AND have high volume. THOSE are the reps that Cadence should be recognizing and rewarding. Unfortunately, Cadence management, at least in my region, manipulates the system to reward their favorites. Ted, I hope you're listening!!!

Why don't you give it a rest. I'm busting my ass every day and doing well so it pisses me off that other reps are given free vials--some upwards of 15k in bonus. It pushes others down in the rankings and that's not fair. Period. I AM worried about myself, asshole!!!!!

I agree, I quit Cadence in May, but I have yet to tell anyone. My territory is producing moderately and my manager from what I've heard is pressuring other district members out the door.

What a great job, time to hit the links.

In June, I had to announce our motivational new IC plan, right before my wife and I scurried off to President's Club, then I had to get back and send out Independence Day greetings. Then the last couple weeks I had to grill the management team into submission, and now today I have to host a town hall meeting. Stop your bitching people and remember who's really busting his ass around here.

LMAO. Not to mention all the analysis I had to do to determine what reps I wanted to give free accounts and growth vials so they could join me in costa rica. It was exhausting!
