Wow! Now I get this thread. The reps in my district who got free accounts from dissolved territories all had $15,000 growth money earnings on top of their base vials. Good for them, but for those who did not get the free dissolved territory accounts......we are forced down in the rankings due to unfair advantage????

With lower commissions in Q3 & Q4, we can never close the ranking gap since all based on total commissions.

Never perfect. But this one hurts. OUCH.

I am one of the recipients of the so called free accounts from dissolved territories. I think it's unfair too. I actually made more than $15,000 due to growth vials payout. Sorry but happy at same time. I was more surprised Cadence did not factor in the new higher baseline from the accounts before paying on growth. I feel for all of us b/c my own team talks behind my back even though I agree.

congratulations to all of us. we have become our mgmt - doing/saying crappy things to each other and talking about it ths achieving Transparency so it is all acceptable. what a fishbowl we cant see through the shit, bump into the glass and wonder why does it hurt?

It's so unfair. In my region, i heard the RBD determined what reps got free accounts-of course they were his favorites--a lot of his decisions didn't even make sense geographically. It's like cadence management wants to pick who they go to costa rica with next year. Just more unfairness in the world of cadence. Just waiting for the right job offer and I'm gone.

REALLY? All the reps in my district who got "free" established accounts from dissolved territories all hit new highs and rocketed into the growth vials for even more free money in Q2. This pushes me down in the rankings???? Not the reps fault, as any of us would take free accounts, but not offsetting impact to others is not fair. The free accounts gave tons of growth. How can we compete? Talk about right place at right time. It's a $15,000 growth ride for free on top of base vials.

Just frustrating for us who are doing same work without free accounts. Therefore, without free $$$$$ ride in growth vials, why try? Since total commissions equals presidents club and stock options,,,, why bother to compete?

Are you serious? Cadence didn't factor in newer higher baseline before paying on growth from accounts given to you from collapsed territories? Is this really happening?
 






The new ranking is a joke and everyone knows it. Several reps have been given many accounts from collapsed territories and now have double the potential. So unfair, but in th end it's almost lights out here anyone. Everyone has got to be figuring that out by now.

Every time I try to believe in this company--integrity, transparency, etc--I hear about something like certain reps getting additional accounts without having their baseline adjusted--and it just demotivates me completely.
