You are an idiot. How can it be turnover galore and a dead end job at the same time? I was a CSC from the beginning and left for a promotion. Several of my former CSC teammates either did the same or moved up at BI. CSC is anything but a dead end job, it is probably the future.
 




Take a look at the turnover from the start. Seriously you are an idiot to stay with BI! Not many get promotions at BI that is why so many intelligent people quit. Did you get promoted to HSE? That is truely not a promotion but another sales job. Truely not the future just you have been brain washed to think it. Take a survey and you will surely find out CSCs hate their jobs Einstein. What else is new but be grateful that your spec and primary care reps are or were making you look good!! Honestly and integrity rules at BI. What a joke

I said that I left BI for a promotion. Others I know have stayed. Knock HSE if you want but AD level on the resume can't hurt you on your climb. Turnover - yes. The reason is because for people with degrees like these, there are a lot of opportunities out there. Especially when you have this kind of unique hybrid experience in pharma. Say what you want but nowadays you evolve or perish.

Btw, when I left the turnover rate was only around 20% which is normal for degreed professionals.

So turnover of about 30 people a year is normal? Sounds like a lot of money wasted on training etc if that is the case. Why not keep people happy and they might actually care and stay.

This is an accurate statement. Until you look at the two years prior to CSC. SpV was flat. Check your numbers. Then you will realize that you should be thanking CSC for the assist. BTW I will say that CSC couldn't have done it without sales. Just like sales had fallen flat before CSC.
Also please note - if your docs write symbicort and do spirometry...you are the worst sales rep ever.

Not if they have asthma Einstein. Reversibility. Keep drinking the cool aid. At the end of the day your sales reps are selling not CSC. CSC and HSE are train wrecks and people are noticing. Only time before it pulls into the station and everyone is told to get off. Enjoy your tine now.

Wrong. Operations saw flattening two years prior. Which is why they created the division. ROI continues to be 2 to 2.5 times. More than any other sales force at BI. Fight it if you want. My overlaps and I are more than happy to keep taking your IC. Your inability to evolve and collaberate = stupidity.

Once again, I think you are missing the point on the science component, regarding your opinions on spirometry and how it is used and how it is up to the reps to sell the drug.
