Sounds like all you need to do is present your plan and credentials and you’ll be off to an exciting career as a key member of the Executive Team. Now Jon will probably have a few questions for you first. For example. Are you by chance a Certified Black Belt Master? And on an average day, 1-10, how enthusiastic are you? Plus, you may have to demonstrate how agile you can be, you know, for the team. Then, in great detail, and with more enthusiasm than you have ever expressed before, tell everyone possible how you were once an employee at Quest Diagnostics. You’ll fit right in.

This executive team is a dud. What I will say is the prior executive team was great at their job. Why? Because they spent decades cutting corners, payoffs and kickbacks and anything and everything to bring the business in the door. Many are gone, but the main culprit is still doing their thing.

And your use of “as well” is redundant as well. That aside, perhaps you should apply for one of these senior leadership positions. Since you feel qualified to determine who is and isn’t “equipped” for the job. What exactly are your credentials, son? You failed to mention them. Have you ever been an employee at Quest Diagnostics? Are you agile and enthusiastic? Do you have a Black Belt Master certification? What about your accomplishments and memberships. Are they numerous? Until you can answer these questions to our satisfaction, I think will stick with our current Executive Team. Hope this helps.
