CJ

How kind of you to at least admit that Cindy is a nice person, who works hard. She happens to be easy on the eyes too, if you hadn’t noticed. And her accomplishments and memberships that resulted from her innate leadership qualities are well documented, by her, in her biography on our website. Give it read, son. Perhaps you’ll learn something. Hope this helps.

Yes, stuck with your executive team is fitting.

When you have no marketable skills and spend your employer’s valuable time online in internet message boards, complaining how you’re “stuck” in life, it’s no surprise that you’re a failure without any other options. Face facts, son. No one likes a whiner and a loser and no one cares about your stupid complaints and your stupid opinions. Get a grip and pull yourself together. Why would anyone respect you when you don’t even respect yourself. Hope this helps

Some things are clear at this point:

We can't compete on a level playing field

Our leaders are has beens ( mostly) that don't connect with or inspire employees

Overall feeling of doom and gloom prevails at every level and in every department

This was a pretty fun place to work for a long time, not any longer

No amount of agility, Black belting, joining, etc. will be enough

What is with the constant negativity? Hope this helps guy might be an odd person but at least he isn't playing a victim mentality. Get out of here with the world is failing and it's everyone else's fault mentality. Bring some solutions or leave. Why are you are still here if it's not fun, you hate leadership, and you do not see anything getting better? Is it because you think no one else would hire you?

Well put. And I appreciate the positive feedback.

I am delighted to be here, and I'm particularly delighted to be here at this moment in time.
We come to cafepharma for knowledge and wisdom, in an industry known for progress, representing a company that was previously known for strength, and we stand in need of all three, for we meet in an hour of change and challenge, in a time of hope and fear, in an age of both knowledge and ignorance. However, sometimes the greater our knowledge increases, the greater our ignorance unfolds.

No man can fully grasp how far and how fast we have come, but condense, if you will the years of the history of clinical laboratory medicine, in a time span of barely more than a half-century. And yet, only this year did we, Bioreference Laboratories, develop Aerobic Vaginitis (AV) Testing. This was a breathtaking achievement.

So it’s not surprising that some would have us stay where we are, or even to retire on our past accomplishments. But we are Bioreference Laboratories and the clinical laboratory industry was not built by those who waited and rested and wished to look behind them. This company was created and the market was conquered by those who moved forward--and so will we, in spite of our current difficulties.

We set sail on this new sea because there is new knowledge to be gained, and battles to be won, and they must be won and used in the name of progress.

There is no strife, no prejudice, no conflict as yet that we have not overcome. The market’s hazards are hostile to us all. Yet, our conquest to succeed deserves the best of us all. But why, some say? Why choose this goal when the odds are stacked against us? And they may well ask why climb the highest mountain? Why fly to the moon?

We chose to go to the moon, not because it was easy, but because it was hard, because that goal served to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge was one that we were willing to accept, not one that we were willing to postpone.

We have had our failures, but so have others, even if they do not admit them. And they may be less public.

To be sure, we are behind, and we may be behind for some time. But we do not intend to stay behind, we shall make up and move ahead.

Hope this helps.

If you feel this way then please, lead by example. Start the week off fresh and quit today. Save us the unemployment and jump start inevitable. The New Dawn at Bioreference begins now. Great things are coming soon. Don’t doubt me. Hope this helps.

I doubt it. Great things require great leadership and that is not present here.

You doubt it? Well that settles it then doesn’t it. Because your stupid opinions certainly matter. Here’s a thought. Since you know so much about leadership, why don’t you submit your plan and offer your services to the Executive Team? Or do yourself a favor and quit now, son. Have some self respect and leave on your own terms with some dignity if you don’t believe in your employer and your superiors. Hope this helps.

Sonny boy is a little cranky again today. Mommy must have sent him to bed early without supper.

Very funny, son. Except last I checked, today is Monday. And the start of a very promising week. Perhaps you can put your on business hat and contribute something useful for a change. Or are you going to join ranks with the rest of the defeatists on this board, and give up on Bio before the miracle happens?

Good luck! Just found out this news, we got rid of him for VERY real reasons. I suggest your people look into his past.

So I guess it’s standard practice for you to verify employment records on anonymous internet message boards? Sounds more like sour grapes, son. No surprise. Cindy’s enthusiasm is a magnet for top notch talent. You were obviously no match for her agility and your team couldn’t stack up against her innate leadership qualities that she demonstrates with her numerous professional accomplishments and memberships. Better luck next time. Hope this helps.

Some people don’t get it but your rhetoric is hilarious! Have enjoyed your posts! Her “enthusiasm and leadership qualities” are sinking everything that once was.
