Changes to come

If you are let go, like I was on Friday, you WILL get a call from BOTH your mgr AND HR. My mgr called and told me I was to pack up my samples and get them to another rep in the territory by 5PM. Yea right, how am I supposed to do that when you call me at 4PM!!?? I was also told to "send my equip thru UPS for a pickup by 5PM." Good one! "Why the rush", I asked and she, yes my mgr was a she, and she told me my territory was to be closed out by the end of the day. She was not even in my same time zone! SHE was the one who should have been let go. She was a basket case with no ability to organize or lead. Her ride-a-longs were a joke! Wasted my entire day. I had to wait around for 2 hours for her to meet me. AFTER I had given her my address THREE TIMES! How was she hired by PDI AND retained is beyond me! I wish whoever has her in the future, good luck. YOu'll need it and and a good pain med for your cranium after you beat it on the wall 50,000 times.
Make sure and make copies of checkstubs and all bonus info and whatever else you think you need.

The only thing that was different for me, was my mgr told me I will receive a FedEx expense account/billing number to ship my equipment....have not received it yet tho..

Also, heads up - Everyone should submit expense report ASAP bc rumor is Concur will not be extracting payments in very near future....and I don't trust PDI to reimburse reps soon without an act of congress...

I got "the call" too...AND I have Kerydin.....was told there wasn't enough targets for me to stay...I only have/had about 18 targets

This is the start of the washing out the reps not transitioning to Publicis, By Dec 6th, everything will be in place, reps that are retained will close out BI contract and get training information on publicis project. The pay per call cant work over so many hours a week model is the future for nearly every contract company.

Snoop??

So you are saying Publicis has a set number of hours required, vs PDI being a flex time pay per call. Flex time pay by the call was a big positive as an employee with PDI.

No sorry the pay per call not allowed over 29 hours model is the ideal why pub wants to utilize PDI flex reps
This is off the subject, but ObamaCare doesn't allow an employee to work over a certain amount of hours. Those employees working more than 29 or whatever have to be paid company health insurance.

But is it flex-time meaning calls can be completed anytime, as long as they don't go over the 29 hrs. a week. I understood with other cso's, that employees had to be out at least 3 or 4 days a week.
