Changes to come

I can't get my check to print.

At this point I think there are more important things:
When will we know if we will be retained to sell Kerydin

What criteria are they using to decide who stays and who goes

When is really our last day on the BI contract

There has been a real lack of communication since our conference call

Mangers are set in place, 7 from PDI to Join Publicis, Managers will and do have input as to who is kept, just because you have Kerydin, does not mean you are safe. If you suck and did not deliver what was expected, ie: calls per month, etc then you will be let go and someone who did do the job and delivered the metrics then you will be asked to come over and stay. If you are a manager and you have had a bunch of reps that just would not deliver for you, do you really want to bring that over with you??? Reps were expected to make a set number of calls per month, deliver reach and frequency and that is what contract companies have to focus on to deliver on the deal. So if you were one who made 10 calls a week and your numbers sucked on top of it, even with Kerydin, they are not going to bring that type of effort over to a new company. Managers have to deliver and want people who will go the extra mile for them.

I sort of think snoop is a manager, that JV contacted to deliver the news, so he doesn't have to face disgruntled reps with all the questions. Whatever at least there is communication.

There are certainly many great reps with Shared Sales. If only 110 are going over to Publicis, well then many are not. I hope PDI does not place a black mark on these other great reps so they also have the opportunity to go over at a later date on their own.

Ok, Here is sum truth. I ain't no pimp for JV, but I have a great source. Doesn't matter where your manager is from, managers and reps will be all over the US. From Fl, if Pete is kept he will have about 4-5 states. Please don't pay a-lot of attention to crap being said, I promise if I find out I will post. I have been 100% truthful and accurate. My source as of today says we are still on through 12-31. I will talk to source again soon. Very quiet now, Holiday week and most are not working.

At first I thought it was the fungus reps. May be wrong. Trying to find out.

Its the ones that performed, managers dont want someone who made 50 calls a month then when asked why they wont hit the call metrics they spout back "It be flex time, I aint working more than I wanna" You get the point....Ice cube

Right, but who says this? Everyone I know works hard and wants to do a good job, if nothing else because they have a work ethic they live by. Several years ago PDI did focus groups with PDI reps - the study showed everyone wanted to do the best they could.

Work ethic and pharma rep oxymoron. LOL anyway, who is not going to say , focus group or not, that they dont want to do well, " Im just here for the pay check and to do as little as I can" is usually not an answer choice. Managers know who and who did not put in the effort. Many in my district refused to do anything past what they felt like doing. Were always late on expense reports, workday, would moan and complain if a conference call was on a day off, even though they were reached out to and confirmed they were available, etc. If I were a manager, I would not want to bring that stuff along with me into a new situation, company, contract, etc. Why not go with those who gave them no troubles in getting it done???

Focus group really?? Of course people are answering we want to work hard and do our best, but that just does not translate into what really happens. There are many I know in our district that do well below what is expected. Why would a manager want to bring that along to a new position new company, etc? Take the ones who proved they took this position seriously.

Unfortunately rankings will not be the deciding factor.

Okay if not rank what about sales.
Actually there are some of us who are selling Kerydin.
That being the case wouldn't they want the Reps that actually deliver the sales
and the reach and frequency etc??
If they don't that what are they actually looking at to decide who stays and who goes?
This is much harder than it has to be!!!!!
