Changes to come

Mgrs. can not help anyone. Only 7 mgrs. were retained and the other mgrs. were told they were not going forward with PDI or Publicis. Mgrs were told not to tell reps. if they are let go although mine has told us he/she is gone. We were told they have no say in anything even if they are still on contract. Good Luck.

Managers have a say in who stays, they are evaluating reps right now, count on it, coming from the top down, managers that are staying are being asked to look at everything, calls, market share, calls with a sample, etc etc etc. They are taking reps, roughly 120 of them, out of what is left around 260 or so? So not quite half, and those who are getting the thumbs down are being closed out. Its just math, but, managers, both the higher ups and the DM do not want reps that wont work. Flex time is funny, they say its flex time, but treat it like its full time....Good Luck to everyone! If anyone thinks they are going to let us make calls over Christmas week while everyone else is shut down, then.....well....

I hope the same criteria is used for DM's, I have had many just getting by.

Snoop got the boot and is doing nothing but spreading erroneous info. Dec 22nd is the formal vote on the sale of PDI. NOTHING can happen before that date. You will be required to make your RF as usual. Your Christmas gift from PDI will come on Dec 23rd.

Publicis buys CSO part, remains PDI name and business, Publicis will retain CSO and CSO will retain those reps chosen. Layoffs, or whatever you call them are due to BI contract canceled. Had the contract been left in place everyone would still be a PDI rep, but would actually be employed by Publicis, whether or not sale gets approval PDI remains either as part of PDI parent or part of Publicis. The effect on reps is how many Publicis wants to keep in the CSO for contracts and future contracts. That is the bottom line cause Snoop said so, he told me while waiting in the Unemployment line.

Most reps will know Friday. Certain reps have already been told they are gone. Equipment is scheduled to go back next week.
Yes, this is correct...many have been told to wind it down, hence the Nov 30th inventory date change, if you are still around, thats a good thing...Remember, Publicis will be buying PDI CSO, that basically means Kerydin contract HMN contract and the people in place to be fitted into publicis contracts. You dont buy a CSO for a few minor contracts; they see the structure in place with reps already hired, trained, checked, inspected, dis infected, neglected and rejected...
