I like BC because he isn't afraid to point out incompetence and reward a job well done.
However, companies usually hire outside people to fix a screwed up Finance department because long-term inside people may not see the problems or may even be part of the problem. New management usually causes people to be on their best behavior until they can push a few buttons and see what they can get away with.
They can only be on their best behavior for short period. They lack self control. Givem enough rope n' they hang themselves. That office is comedy.
If this was true statement than the whole company is incompetent in BC's eyes- from top management to staff analysts. The guy just sh!ts on everybody.I like BC because he isn't afraid to point out incompetence and reward a job well done.

Ahhh, I remember those days. One of the biggest problems there was lack of working within current times. The company leadership was old school and had a pack of employees there who were employed for many years. Those employees support the old school behavior instead of helping the company grow. They weren't open to modern changes. No work life balance and stuck in the 90's.They're busy making sure employees are burned out.
