F. None of the above. What's needed is someone who will take the time to read exit interviews, rid the department of RifRaff and employees who disrespect the company. Until the house is cleaned, the nonsense will continue. Best to have some empty seats than such a large pack of seat warmers, we've too many.

I like BC because he isn't afraid to point out incompetence and reward a job well done.
However, companies usually hire outside people to fix a screwed up Finance department because long-term inside people may not see the problems or may even be part of the problem. New management usually causes people to be on their best behavior until they can push a few buttons and see what they can get away with.

They can only be on their best behavior for short period. They lack self control. Givem enough rope n' they hang themselves. That office is comedy.

Email goes in and out. My boss blasted me for not sending a file, but I did.

How can a billion dollar company operate with horrible equipment.

The reason why shit takes so long to be done is because our technology is in 2005.

Time to do the needful and spend some cash.
