Well this IS a sales job isn't it? Do you expect a company to hold your hand for two years while you turn around the numbers? Such pharma mentality. This is the exact reason why pharma experience gets you nowhere. Don't worry about the infighting those with poor numbers won't be around long to complain.
 






Hopefully they will hire the right people with the right stuff-- not just their buddies

The information above is correct. Tried to talk to Leslie, then was directed to Steffin Kutzman(Kutzman has the Cadence account, unfortunately he isn't a go-getter). Leslie's staff was rude, and Steffin won't answer his phone or return emails or calls. Not impressed with either one...don't deal with them. I'll take my chances applying online at the company website. Whatever Cadence is paying Leslie Gaber, it's far too much.
 
























I'm not sure why everyone's so excited about this job. Two bad quarters where you're in the bottom 3rd of the division and you're gone, the hiring manager told me herself. That's intense. The strategy is to set up a culture where reps are in constant fear of losing their jobs. If a rep gets let go then they bring someone else just as hungry and eager to ramp up.

I just don't get how you only 2 Qs of leeway. Some territories need time to ramp up while other territories are easily accessible. Just my 2 cents but don't feel too bad if you didn't get the offer. The pay is good but comes with a steep price.
 






What is with this guy Steffin?? What a jerk! No professionalism, arrogant and not worthy of the self-imposed title he has given himself. He makes me hate all recruiters and I don't understand why companies bother to use them.
