Let’s face it, the dude stepped in it when he got to Novo and was in the right place at the right time. Put him in any other situation and he’d sink just like he did at his prior company. He will tell you that he alone drove the brand success and never mention anything else. The epitome of Peter principled arrogance. His next gig will be selling cosmetics at Blue Mercury at the Menlo Park mall.

As far as jeremy being at the right place at the right time couldn’t be farther from the truth. You may get a break and have a great opportunity but you still need to make it happen and he did. Not sure what actually happened but if you drink too much things happen that shouldn't - and you have to pay the consequences. He did always support his people and he just wan't lucky when he walking into a position. Business and marketing wise he is SMART AF !

Maybe he supported his people in marketing. Didn’t see that too much in his 4 months in sales. Alcohol is a truth serum and reveals who you really are. Also don’t think he was quite as smart as he projected himself to be.
