Yeah, it sucks when your stock is up 5% today and about 40% over last few months or so, have solid products to sell (including a reliable tachy lead), and don't have to worry about the next negative publication about how much our lead stinks and the deception that comes from our CEO and management. not a good quarter but the results do show the ship is turning around ... just in time for you recall we steal expecting ... the warning letter is just the start of you guys getting butt fucked .... next up from the FDA will be a facial .. your warning letter shows how your operations and quality teams can't even do the fucking basics which is scary for the patients who have your device.... What??!!! Pt's are dead and dying from this corporate level cover-up. The real #'s are hidden and not reported. The magnitude is 10x what is being reported. The impact this is having on friends and family are immeasurable not to mention the # of jobs it has already and will eventually cost. This is a terrible situation across the board. STJ says their layoffs are due to Device Tax and industry wide slow down....really?????!!!! It couldn't be due to the huge loss of ICD business which is responsible for 80% of your revenue could it????? Nah....that's not it.

Putting all the infighting aside for a moment, the FDA's handling of Durata is pretty fascinating. Does the FDA consider what they are doing as regulatory? It took them forever to start turning over the rocks at Sylmar, and even in the wake of the warning letter, has STJ responded?
All I can say is...when its my company's turn on the Whipping Post, I hope the same FDA is calling the shots.
