IDK - but BHL and THD better not be paying commissions anymore!
It is now illegal and the practice should stop. Gonna have to figure out something else.

BTW - to all manager type and C suite guys: there are people in the bushes with whistles just waiting to blow them.......if you know what I mean!!!

So, how are the sales team to be paid "bonus" ?

Can someone tell us what is really going on? Is it time to jump? Will there be layoffs in the field or will we be sold to a bigger lab like Quest or Labcorb. I heard there is a hiring freeze at home office.....never a good sign

I will explain a few facts:
1. Req count has been declining for two years to today’s all time low
2. Reqs are now at their lowest number of tests per order- when shipping and fixed costs are factored it barely provides a minor profit
3. Carriers are paying less (i.e. PAMA) and this will only get worse
4. Eurofins will not continue to subsidize a losing business - remember we are entitled to the WARN act.
5. Two Senior managers who never understood the business can at best simply try to prolong the inevitable. Remember just a few months back the future was the KAM program this should prove their talent.

here is a better question:
Why do Boston posters insist on using the True Health thread instead of the Eurofins thread? Or better yet since not everyone realizes that multi-billion EURO Eurofins owns Boston (which best explains how and why Boston is still an operating entity) - for the love of God could you possibly take a moment and create your own unique Boston thread?

True has monumental problems of its own with it's revenue, billing, and collection issues, investigations into every executive, and nook and cranny, and fallout from the toxic hospital pass through billing scheme!

It's all too much for one thread, so PLEASE start your own!

To steal a line from our colleagues over at Quest - HOPE THIS HELPS!

Who will collapse first? Boston or True Health?

True gets sold - probably to Lab Corp - maybe to Quest. Then gets absorbed until identity is gone.
Boston has already gone through that. it will continue to be absorbed until it has no identity.
The people at both orgs. will slowly be discarded and others will leave willingly before they are thrown in the trash.
Not really too hard to predict really.

Agree with the above poster. I don't see Quest making another mistake like they know they did in acquiring Cleveland so I believe LabCorp will absorb True Health and turn it into a shell of its former self.
So then where do all the True Health and Boston folks go to take all their business? What cardiovascular out of network company still exists or are there new ones ready to start up?

There are still small out of network cardiovascular labs out there, Some are reputable and some are not.
The BH will find somewhere to take their business but will Eurofins go after their non compete? Hmmmm

I say to True and Boston good luck seriously pursuing non competes etc.
with all of your shady phleb agreements, billing schemes, capping bills,
free books with BIG panels, exec ties to MSOs, knowingly employing people with other conflicting jobs, Ha! Tell it to the judge!

I wouldn’t write our company off yet. My manager says we have some things in the works can bring us back out of our hole. The reps here are so helpful also that we simply have to make it.

I hope you are being sarcastic, and that you are looking at options to ensure you’re taking care of your family.
