Ok, I need some answers. I have kids and a mortgage. Is there a future here? The numbers are bad and decreasing and I'm getting nervous. I like my job and customers but there is zero communication from upper management. Troy had one good national call months ago and Pat's head is the sand. My manager is just trying to hold on to his job. So many reps have left. We need something...I don't know what, but something to reassure us that things are OK or there will be a mass exodus. JMHO
BHD always did a good job with recruiting talented sales people. Not so with their selections in leadership. I genuinely feel bad for the sales people who are still working with the belief that this business model is sustainable. Please understand that you need to be in charge of your own exit strategy. I'm confident you will all be happier and even more successful when you do.
