Bill is a winner for sure! He would take the LP(a) we offer and add the KAM program along with the unbelievable rumors that are flying out of Framingham with regards to affairs and he would get us focused.
 






sordid affair rumors are running rampant in Framingham. The rumors actually make it slightly more enjoyable to work here as we have something to whisper about since our year is going so poorly listen to management you wouldn’t think we are 85% YTD

This sounds juicy, please share the details for those of us that are not plugged into framingham. Whose skipping work to get laid? Initials are fine, names arent necessary
 


















Details are always nice especially if it’s at other people’s expense. I personally would rather hear details of the Atlanta meeting. I understand Pat is going to outline all he has done to make sales more effective in the marketplace Troy has allowed 30 seconds for that slot. Many exciting concepts to come January 1. Including a slightly new compensation plan that will pay even less.

So when do layoffs start in sales division ...
 






I can tell you the meeting in Atlanta was tough! Pat blames the sales force for the state of the company. Privately we just shook our heads and said better days are ahead. Pat you have done nothing to make the company more attractive to new or prospective accounts. If its all about cost reductions why do sales continue to decline? We laugh at you privately, publicly hey we are all in gotta keep those checks rolling.
No layoffs coming but a reorganization is on the horizon.

Why ask that? We both know the people at the top were at the bottom a year ago. Small territories are more easily moved. In 2019 the top will reverse roles in the sales force. You should be more concerned with the 1099 reps you have and the reps that have side businesses because of low pay. Right before your very eyes business is being sent to other labs and you are in your chair with Pat praising reqs. You can’t build a business on skinny reqs and HMO business which is in abundance at the top with several

there are no 1099 reps

The 1099s are BHL current reps selling for other labs the prior posts are not saying BHL has 1099 positions. Be cautious on the reps you praise it may not be what you think.
