What? "Very good month....? We are midyear and volume is at 90%, 3 Regions aren't making quota; much of the volume is full of routine testing - and the fees paid for these are cut by PAMA and the payors. Look at those commissions - they are shrinking due to the cash collections being down. Poor planning to be backfilling sales roles and creating Business Development roles.
 






I beg to differ with moral in the toilet and never coming out the number should be closer to 80% . If you think about it finishing around 90% could be sold to the board as being 100+%

isn't troy married? And as far a crushing it in July, hmmmm. July 4th week is a bust and the rest of the month is a big problem since lot of drs are on vacation so how can we "crush " it? Commissions are way down due to new plan so a whole new crop of reps are outa here...... Great job Pat !

Numbers are actually up and reps aren't going anywhere
 






What is your point? Sales are disappointing everyone would admit that, we have lost many of the top reps and over half are at 1% - 2% commission. Are you implying we are thriving? If so you would be a reason why we are struggling and the future looks bleak at best.

If half of reps are at 1-2 % then that half will be goon sooner than later....
 












Pat sent an email out to All employee that said we are way up in July from previous. Growing like crazy and strong finances. Nobody is leaving. Volumes are way up, im gonna take my foot off the gas and enjoy the summer. They could never cut sales people. Stop the dramatics on here. Back to the pool.
