It seems like the new PDI/IDX management may be on this thread. Notice the constant movement of the conversation back to blame the old management team. It is the new CEO who has decided to not pay, it is that simple.

Still trying to understand... BI fulfilled their contract and paid PDI/Interpace Diagnostics the amount agreed upon including bonus money. The new interim president, Jack Stover, decided not to pay this bonus to the employees who had earned it, were assured it would be paid when being laid off, and have been waiting patiently for this 4th quarter payout since mid-March?!?!?!?

This is neither right nor legal!!!
 






Also, no Pharmaderm bonus either.
The bottom line is that someone who was n leadership at PDI be it Joe or Frank need to organize everyone as they have our information so we can stick it right to Jack.
It's as simple as that.
It seems that Joe and Frank are afraid of their own shadows as we have not heard a dam thing from them.
Maybe these two were already paid off and don't give a shit about the employees who went to the mat for them.
Pathetic isn't it?
 






Does anyone know when we are to get a definitive answer about our bonus one way or another from "Jack the Jackass"? We need this information before we determine the next appropriate course of action

Your best bet is to send the recent letter from CEO along with all other information to Labor Board in your state. It is very easy, most of the time the form is on the internet, afterwards PDI/IDXG is required to respond to Labor Board with an explanation. Remember this is simply business, those other two do not owe anyone anything, and harping on them is probably a waste of time. Going forward you are responsible for your own future. Kind of like a grown kid blaming their parents for all their shortcomings. Only these guys are not your parents, just business associates. After a certain point your shortcomings are your responsibility to fix.
