Bonus

I'm still optimistically hoping we will be paid tomorrow, 04/15.
I can tell you I was previously laid off after 19 years when that company was acquired. The outstanding bonus was paid right on time, so I don't understand this delay. I always thought when one company acquired another - they acquired their liabilities as well - whether outstanding bonus, ongoing lawsuits, etc.
 






I guess you haven't gotten your mail today. Letters are arriving saying they lost over $27 million over the past two years and they've implemented cost cutting measures including cancelling certain bonus plans. They'll have more information to us in May. My guess is that information will be that our bonus plans were cancelled. PDI didn't value us while we were there, I'm not sure why anyone's surprised that they're continuing to shit on us now.
 






What?! I can't wait to get the mail now! Wouldn't Publicis incur the debt of PDI? I am furious! PDI was paid by Boehringer Ingelheim-they obviously misappropriated the money and stole it from us! They lost $27 million and don't have $300,000 that was earmarked for us?! How do we file a class action lawsuit?!
 






Truthfully, BI and PharmaDerm have already paid PDI/INTERPACE Diagnostics our bonus money. What PDI/INTERPACE Dignostics has done with it is the BIG question??????? "Cancellation of certain bonus plans????", are they referring to the ERT team? My guess is YES!!! I'd be shocked if May brings anything more than, "sorry, no bonus".

Don't you like how Joe and Frank have stepped up.
They are nothing but users.
They promised we'd be paid and probably knew along we were going to get screwed.
Jack and the rest of the management team took our money and our giving us jack shit.
We need to figure out away there must be one person in leadership willing to step up to the plate and organize a suit we can all sign on to.
Let's hope there is someone with an ounce of decency!

I'm sure they realized they had stolen our ERT $ when they made this stipulation...ERT last less than 2 months after Combivent. Very convenient way to get out of paying debt (our bonuses).

I find it interesting that the letter and envelope don't match? Call me crazy but that seems odd and somehow legally calculated, maybe I'm just paranoid at this point?!?!?

I was one of the managers at the end of last year. Like Joe and Frank we were told we were going to be paid. This appears to be a decision by Jack alone. It was made after he got rid of everyone else. By the way the stock price of IDX has doubled, so there has to be some money.

It does not matter what the letter says, I saved all my emails and have turned them over to my attorney. I'm going after these SOB's!
 












Well if Jack is actually the person then he is a thieving no good SOB who deserves to get it stuck to him!
I have no problem in turning this over to my lawyer as well as the appropriate state authorities.
However, if Joe or Frank had nothing to do with this decision where and the hell are they when we actually need them?

I helped them with the files making sure all payments were recorded and correct. They have no control any longer. They are also out their bonuses. Everyone the reps, we as managers, Joe and Frank. Did not get paid. We are all in the same boat and this potentially can be a large class action. But we all have to realize we in ERT were all treated horribly. The company made promises and then went against those promises. Let focus on the decision that Jack has decided to not pay everyone.

I would love to think that Frank and Joe are good guys, but this is hard to believe. On conference calls and various emails, Joe said if you had any issues with your payments, to contact him directly. Well I took him up on that and emailed him regarding both my HMN upsell payments and the Kerydin Fast Start Bonus that I hadn't gotten paid on. Never got a response from him. I did eventually receive the Kerydin Fast Start Bonus, but never got any resolution on the HMN upsells. He never responded and just ran the clock out. He had plenty of time to resolve my missing HMN upsell payments since I started contacting him in November/December about it, if he was really such a stand up guy. I think he's snowed you guys defending him.

In all fairness is it anyone's responsibility other than the payee and the payer at this point? Hands are tied now in my opinion. I am an outsider watching this unfold, but people have moved on to greener pastures.
