Bonus

How do you get the $$ amount you're owed? I for one have not heard a word from our former employer since December 30, 2015. Do you have Q4 final numbers or rankings? Thanks for the information
 






Usually PDI reps have little evidence because their communications are cut off quickly. Unless you made copies of the bonus information which includes the amount you specifically were to be paid, I would not put much hope in Labor Boards. These Boards are looking for instances of the company breaking labor laws. If the company broke a law, the rep may be reimbursed. If you do not have hard copy of what is owed you or even if you pushed market share enough to earn bonus, what stops a company from saying you didn't earn a bonus this quarter?
 






Well that sucks, I didn't print the documentation of what they owe me. I stupidly thought they would follow through with their commitment to pay us what we earned. Guess this is an example of an expensive lesson learned. Thanks for the info.

There was nothing available as to what our 4Q bonus would be when we were let go.
 












The fortunate reps are the ones living near or in NJ, they are easily able to file a suit in Small Claims Court. Most of the time the sued party pays up before ever getting to court. If I lived in close proximity to the office, I would be calling personally on the office or the very least filing in Small Claims Court, it is very easy!
 






It is correct that we had no data available to print concerning our 4th qtr bonus. However, I was in the top 10% the first 3 quarters, so I wouldn't believe the "no bonus earned" lie. Did any PDI reps survive the February layoff? If so, have they received their 4th quarter bonus?
 




































Hello, I can tell you all that I am a recent DM with PDI. Just like you all I am very frustrated with the handling of all of our bonus. Yes, we all should have been paid for our Q4 bonuses and our Q1 bonuses for those of us that were here until February 29th. The remaining 6 managers last day was March 18th. We were all told that the bonuses were approved and ready to be paid. I know you all want somebody to blame or to tar and feather, but I can assure you all those people are not Joe Vazquez and Frank Arena. They both were very professional and went out of their way to commuicate with all of us that they had approved all of our bonuses for payment. They too have not received their bonus money and none of the managers have received their bonuses. I too am beyond frustrated. I really need the money as do the rest of you as does Joe Vazquez. I have worked with Joe for the past few years and I can tell you all he is the most ethical and professional person you will ever meet. He does have our backs and has done all he can to help us get our bonuses.
PDI, INC was taken over by Interpace Diagnostics. The Interim CEO is Jack Stover and his email address is: jstover@interpacedx.com. I did send him an email and he did say that they were very low on funds and they were working on a plan to get all of us paid. He said there would be a commuication that would be sent out to all of us in the next couple of days to tell us how and when we would be paid for our bonuses. This is all I know at this point. If I learn of any other information that might be helpful to you all, I will be more then happy to share this information with all of you. I just ask as we pace and want to rage about someone or blame someone, just know that someone is not Joe Vazquez. Hang in their ERT Team. Let's all hope that this is handled right and professionally.

Sorry Pal, It was Joe Vazquez on the conference calls asking us all to finish strong and hit our numbers even knowing we were being fired assuring us bonuses would be paid. He should have known better!
 






























His lack of integrity is a reputation that will follow him throughout the rest of his career. You don't screw good people out of their earned income without karma coming back and biting you in the ass. Respect and trust are two of the qualities you earn and once you prove you have neither, your just another lame manager with no morals. Thanks for nothing!!!!
 






I have been talking with my manager daily and she has been talking with Joe and her fellow managers. Everyone is in the dark. Everything was approved through Frank and my manager, Joe and Frank have all been let go. No one has received any bonus. I am not sure what more my manager, Joe or Frank could have done. We are all in the same boat. Right now it is in the CEO's hands and apparently he is going to communicate with us shortly. I have called many times Parsippany and no one will take my call.
