Exactly right. He was one of the most nonstrategic, arrogant people. He had no clue he was destroying his team’s opportunity for success by choosing not to be a team player.
 


















I thought Bart Brown was the MSL Director?
He was but then went to some obscure position that he wasn’t even qualified for. He had gotten into a lot of trouble with HR for running his mouth about politics. I mean, really, who does that at work!!?? So they got him away from the MSL group as fast as they could. They put Colin in and he was a nightmare. Wouldn’t work with anyone to form alliances and made no effort to build strategic relationships inside for the MSLs. The MSLs never had a chance with those 2
 






Looks like Bart is trying to consult. Is it 3 or 4 failed attempts at managing a field medical team?… I can’t keep up. But he’s going to help other medical affairs teams become successful. That’s funny! He had to publicly apologize to the MSL team on a Zoom call for labeling & alienating people based upon their personal health decisions and politics. He completely fractured the group and HR had to get involved. Ran his mouth on Zoom calls that VM didn’t know what he was doing. So …..badmouthing his own CEO to his team that he was trying to motivate. . Bet that public apology sucked for him. He deserved to fired. Will be very curious to see if he gets his consulting business off the ground! . He’ll probably bi$ch about his clients to other clients.

I would agree that anyone who names names and trashes to this degree is a loser. It must be the one and only VP that ripped him apart on calls.

You would have had support from a few MSLs after the layoffs for medical education had dippo Bart and dippo Colin not ruined it for the team. Too bad they weren’t team players. Other leaders who were kept WERE team players. Maybe you can get Bart to sit at a group dinner with you so he can pontificate on his politics or judge people on their personal healthcare choices. He doesn’t DESERVE TO EVER LEAD A TEAM AGAIN. what a complete idiot. I WAS pissed to have been let go from medical but even MORE pissed knowing that B and C could have possibly saved MY job had they acted like semi-professionals. Man, they hated themselves, hated this company, knew ZERO about leadership and then made us pay for it. I’m STILL pissed about it.

Dude, they couldn’t have saved you. They were headed out the door as soon as leadership could find an excuse. They read shit on this board, too. The apology NB had to make was so funny. We were all texting laughing like hell. As soon as the Zoom meeting was over, he was already making excuses that it was just a contrary person on his team and it was all blown out of proportion. Uh, no. When HR gets THAT many reports of complaints about bullying about ONE person, they 1. Know it’s true and 2. Share it with leadership and 3. HAVE to get rid of that bully. I understand during his two months before his severance started, he bitched to everyone who would listen and wouldn’t do his job which was required of him. It will be hooks to see how he does as a “consultant”. . Zero successes in his career, called out and warned by HR to stop bullying, having to make a public apology to the entire team, then acting like a little bratty baby by bitching and name calling…. Yeah. I’d hire him as a consultant
 












When is a decent company going to buy this drug so it will be developed and commercialized properly? It's a good product. Sad to see it going nowhere because this company isn't capable of doing the work.
