Bioventus Turnover - Executive Leadership

It’s a complete shame that at the beginning of the year there was so much optimism and inspiration felt within the salesforce. Here we are in Q4 and it’s about as bad as it’s been.

Nothing to be excited about. Comp. plan sucks. Reps have to hold orders until next month in order to get paid if they missed quota during last 2. Even @100%, peanuts paid out.

This company is never going public. JN sent email that HA market is diminishing. Any party interested in buying Biohazard will do due diligence and see that it's a bad investment. HA competition let go sales force. Crappy insurance coverage, Medicare fraud and high turnover. Run!

if the company can rid itself of the rest of its executive and senior reps, then it can reduce its budget number. Hire a bunch of restaurant hostesses , au pairs, retail workers and rental car agents. These people will be happy with $60/yr at plan and the company can show its making money. Maybe, just maybe they will fool some investors to take it public. Of course, it didn’t work last time.

Drain the swamp at AVP before going public. It’s known they keep trying to hang on until an IPO rewards them for hovering in the back but most want dumped immediately.

Which HA competitor let go sales force?

Its also only a matter of time before the pharmaceutical price controls kick in after the recent elections and the non reporting HA WAC Medicare "loophole" is exposed. That loophole is funding this whole operation go try to go public.

Already started. WAC +3% not 6% starting Jan 1 all Medicare products not reposting ASP

To summarize, get ready for drug price changes as early as next year. The “Affordable” Care Act gives sweeping powers to the president to change Medicare B prices dramatically.
