Wow, it amazes me how much shade is being thrown at this company. Sometimes people may actually need this opportunity and unless you have a crystal ball, I would suggest you dial down the guzzling of all that Hatorade. Bottom line if you are happy where you are, then great. But there no need to constantly bash the folks who got offers. Also check the pipeline, this not a one trick pony situation...

You are spot on. I have been in device and pharma for 20 years and each job paid me in US dollars and I didn't give a crap if I had to sit and wait in any of them. Too many self-important babies whining on here because they want to be treated like a brain surgeon team member.

Was told at interview that medical “is comparable to industry standard.”
Incredibly disappointed. Absurd!

625 is only if you want the to tier plan. I chose the lower tier plan which is almost identical to my current gig at 425 for entire family.
