I hear the messages being delivered to field force and I read the emails, but this is dissapointing that we had launch mtg a month ago and it appears product will not be ready for another a month or so. I understand it is out of our control but why not wait until we have all approvals before we have a launch mtg? Can tell you field is getting very frustrated and losing faith in Sr mgmt. Thought we had something good going but all momentum appears to have been lost as we spend our days telling Drs the same thing we have been telling them for the past several months - they don't even want to see us anymore. Great way to start.

Bunavail is currently available. They are increasing production 20-25% to ramp up for sales that have exceeded expectations. Interest has been better than expected.

I am also having a hard time getting time of day from Drs and when I do they tell me that managed care is dictating what they can prescribe. Once a week Dr is getting letter from HMO telling him what he can prescribe and until we get Medicaid access he doesn't want to see me again. I am also tired of telling him we will have product available soon only to be told it will not be available until Nov/Dec because we want time to manufacture more to meet demand. Really, that is our answer to delay?

Believe reason has to do with some regulatory issue and no one is quite sure when we will launch. Hoping November but we thought it would be all cleared up by September so who really knows. In the meantime, keep doing what you are doing and hang in there.

Missing the point. Whether we launch in Oct, Nov or Dec, we WILL launch. The BIG takeaway from the call yesterday was when Sr mgmt. told the audience that the physician cap will be lifted "by"2015 and the patient limit will go from 100 to 250 patients/Dr. If this is true the market will more than double and this will become a $3 billion category. But even more importantly, patients will be able to get the treatment they deserve instead of being placed on waiting lists. Let's hope this is the case.
