A product is only as good as the sales force that spearheads it. There are many talented & professional AAM on this team. What is lacking is a sense of urgency on managements part to do what is right by the Sales Force. For starters, get us our checks FedEx this week and don't tell us it is a glitch on Quintiles part (because we don't believe it for a second, even though Lester took the high road), because many of us have worked for them before and know for a fact it is a non-issue on their end. How can you expect us to feel a sense of commitment, loyalty & sense of urgency for how much we can make in future bonus, when you can't even pay us for past performance. I cannot for the life of me understand how M.S. cannot see that this will be a "kiss of death" for this company.
We all want to BDSI to be successful and have skin in the game, but show us your transparency and do the right thing by us. It might be a small issue in your mind, but it is a huge issue for all of us. It is all the sales force is talking about across the nation, instead of focusing on our book of business. If you doubt that, just watch the numbers tank the next several weeks. It is hard to get excited when we are lied to by D.A. on a consistent basis. We all bought into what you told us and have respect for you, Al & the rest of your core team, however you do not have your finger on the pulse of this sales force if you think D.A. is motivating and driving the sales team to produce results. "Show us the money," we have already earned and were promised on the May 15th check.
