BDSI - addiction contract

























yes, what is the deal here? Good base but is it worth the risk to make the move? I am in the Midwest. They fired the previous rep in the territory that is open only after 5-6 months. Who does that?
 






A few of the district managers were let go after 9 months on the job. They recruited and built the sales teams. Because the launch was over christmas holiday, many doctors were not even working until Jan 1. So 4-5 months later, managers were let go, just as a few things were starting to pick up. Very disruptive to the sales team trying to focus on the launch and now adjusting to "restructuring".
 






Not a good time to risk working for Bdsi , money running very low. 50% of the sales force may be gone by Sept 30th. Do some research on the $$$ side of BDSi, investors selling short, not a good sign. Stock is at a 52 week low due to poor product sales, market share translates to 1 Bunavail Rx per 160 Suboxone patient Rx.
 






Sept 30th - really - why do you say that?? I know a lot of people are looking to get the hell out of here - I will be gone shortly. But the company is hiring and filling empty territories. The one person that should be gone is DA. He continually talks about transparency, but he is about as transparent as a brick wall. Who is he accountable to?? Seems like his lies, over promising and under delivering should be catching up to him shortly!
 












Everyone should be looking to get the heck out of here. We will be done by Dec. 31 unless there is some sort of freak turn-around in the numbers.

It is much easier to get a new job while you are employed. So now is the time!!!!
 












I'm sure that copycat app you just launched will save you. Damn, do you all have any original ideas, or do you just continually steal from Indivior?? It's no wonder your me-too product isn't selling. I honestly do feel sorry for the reps....because I know you have mortgages, kids, etc. but you all were straight up lied to.
 






DA is not the problem, but these new managers that have been brought in from Salix might be the death of the company. They will probably succeed in running off all the current employees along with their relationships. BDSI won't get a second chance from investors for a re-launch with a new group of "Salix-like" sales reps. I hope DA is taking notice, not only is the new middle management trying to rewrite the sales organization structure on a regional level, one in particular is gunning for DA's job. If that happens, this company's sales force will certainly die a quick death.
 






if they were let go or "laid off" from salix and they don't know shit about a real start up or our market then help me understand why DA thinks they will do anything but create turnover here?
 






























DA gone! Too bad this dipshit continually over promised and under delivered along with firing great individuals and causing other great reps to leave. He left a wrath of destruction - Karma baby - good riddance! Good luck Sirgo - you let this jackass ruin what once was a promising opportunity. Now pay us our bonus that we deserve based on reasonable goals - not goals that were pulled out of thin air with no backing data to support. I know you tried to explain it to us - but we know the truth and how DA distributed. Good luck to us all.
