BAUDAX BIO

yes it can take six months up to a year new drug on formulary and longer during pandemic. Cadence and Cumberland went through this years ago.

We have at least another 4 months of no hospital capacity especially in our existing territories and we are still hemorrhaging cash. No elective surgeries, reduced hospital budgets and reallocated HC personnel. And the ASC strategy is being impacted because all health care resources are being diverted to COVID. No access.

I'm playing the game, filling out the spreadsheets, getting on the Zooms and telling GG what he wants to hear. Then I blame Institutional politics or COVID when what I told him was going to happen, doesn't. My manager doesn't know or care because they are in paycheck protection mode too.

GG has got to be protecting his gig too. He HAS to know what the reality is? Doesn't he?

Mass layoff and then post 8 positions in NY/NJ area. Amazing
Tell us what great access and relationships you have and how all the pharmacists and surgeons are your buddies and haven't been impacted by COVID. Take the job, then pretend that suddenly they changed their policies. Our current reps are blaming COVID, but nobody wants to acknowledge the drug is an overpriced me-too,

New here, I just got hired. I'm sorry you all lost your jobs but I'm really excited. There is a bunch of kind of wrong info on this thread FYI. They are full steam ahead so for anyone looking, ignore the trolls

Full steam ahead? That’s great. Yeah that’s what they told everybody when they hired the sales force. Do you really think everyone took jobs thinking this shit show would end after five months? Yeah. Sure. Good luck with the uninformed leadership and useless DNAs

Look, one thing the pandemic did was highlight who is a great asset to a company and who is dead weight. The cream rises to the top. The drug is an easy sell for a great rep.

They are now about 10 months in to this launch. How many true hospital formulary wins do they have? Singular surgeons using it occasionally in an ASC don’t count. The answer? Very few.

ALBERICI v. RECRO PHARMA, INC.

Civil Action No. 18-2279

JOHN ALBERICI, individually and on behalf of all other similarly situated, v. RECRO PHARMA, INC., GERALDINE A. HENWOOD, RYAN D. LAKE, and MICHAEL CELANO, STEWART MCCALLUM, and JOHN HARLOW

United States District Court, E.D. Pennsylvania.

Alberici v. Recro Pharma, Inc.
Plaintiff's second amended complaint in this shareholder class action, which alleged that defendants concealed concerns about the efficacy and manufacturing quality control of a particular drug, sufficiently pled a culpable mental state where the pleading included the who, what, when, where and how of defendants' alleged fraud. The court denied defendants' motion to dismiss.

CFO, John Harlow is OUT "going in another direction” while RMDs are leaving or in the corner eating their own.

Gerri Henwood's "all-hands pep rally" involved a lot of crocodile tears like every other CEO call in last 4 years when announcing CRLs, lay-offs and loses. Embarrassing. Kills any appearance of stability or strength. Leadership “handles” Gerri like a disoriented elder to be humored and paraded not unlike the POTUS.

Greg Gangemi (yes, the same one who “sh*t the bed” at Cubis) isn’t trusted by anyone (except Melinda) while neither are respected.by anyone. GG and the Chief med. officer have said repeatedly Gerri should be kept away from research and customers. Yet, now the CEO will be micro-managing in the field which is exactly what you want when the Commercial VP can't delegate and has a "No Confidence" vote.

Curious to see who will be left holding Gangemi’s bag of major compliance violations. Someone will need to be made an example of...and it won’t be Scott Sigman. He's sold more vials than all of us combined and at least, HE'D be fun on The Gold Club trip.

The only people still left (besides sales reps) are people who have underperformed time and time again at other companies yet have somehow been able to pull the wool over people's eyes - and they cover for each other!

DNAs who have been there for 2+ years or more have laid little to NO foundations with GPOs, IDNs, etc., the reimbursement story changed weekly, and once the sales force was laid off DNAs revisited hospitals and accounts that had already ordered (because the sales force had worked hard to get orders) and went to Greg claiming credit for the accounts. Instead of thanking the "underlings" who actually did the work, they (maybe not all of them) claim the credit for themselves. I just hope when they eventually go down and have to look for a new job that someone will see through all their BS. Unfortunately, they'll all probably cover for each other and say what rockstars they all are.

Just DIED laughing! The POTUS comparison is spot on!! Do you think Gerri can make it up the stairs without falling three times?? Probably not... I remember a zoom call where she couldn't figure out how to work the mute button. They all played it off like she's too important to need to know how to do menial things like that - that's why she has "people". But it sure did look like she is inept at even the simplest things...
