Greedy and selfish for Abbvie not to require Covid test negative before a field or in house employee goes back to work. It’s crazy! It’s up to you to go test yourself (insurance will cover 100%) but what about everyone else? It should be documented whether you’ve tested for it and what your status is and a once monthly test should be required. This company is so self serving and clueless. Many other pharma companies allow their reps/in house to get tested whenever they want (on their dime) and ensure negative status of all employees working inside a building. Class action law suit is the only way Abbvie will learn not to cut corners such as this. Sue Abbvie if a person infects other people with Covid because Abbvie was too cheap and lazy to set forth a safety protocol!
CDC guidelines do not call for a negative test either. I was surprised, but that was their guidance. Just lack of symptoms / fever and quarantine.
