A little education for you my learned friend, I said paraphrase as defined below :

"A paraphrase is a restatement of the meaning of a text or passage using other words"

Also there should be an apostrophe in "werent" and "managers" should also have one but I'll let you figure that out for yourself.

Please also explain "fuck back into you" as I fear that may be a severe physical challenge.

You're so educated yourself my "Friend" that you had to go to a dictionary in order to get the correct meaning of the word "Paraphrase" so as you could type its meaning into your post.
Poor you, using big words you don't 100% understand..take your time...you'll get there eventually.....then again knowing you.....maybe not

Paraphrasing something that wasn't said in the first place is a waste of time, why bother, you're yet another Cafepharma scaremonger with too much time on your hands and not enough brain power.

If you're that worried about punctuation and how people type while on forums such as cafepharma and let it bother you so much you obviously have way to much time on your hands my "Friend", perhaps another "Review" of your work practices may be in order so as we can fill that gap with some extra duties. Both you and I know this wouldn't be the first "Review" of your work practices dont we.......you know what I mean

As for the person who said no one knows shit about whats happening in WF, hes actually right.
Theres been over 90 posts on this subject with various warnings of imminent announcements etc etc and non have come to fruition.
I'm not saying nothing bad will happen in the WF plant because I actually dont know and by the looks of it neither does any one else on this forum.

Fair play to the TEEU, they already have a Redundancy Committee waiting in the wings just in case of bad news. I hope SIPTU are making the same preparations. While it is understandable that some people are desperate to leave such a horrible workplace, it would be a pity to have a repeat of the situation 5 years ago where this company, who have made literally billions in profit in Waterford, were able to get away with such a disproportionately small redundancy package, because some people volunteered too soon. This left SIPTU with no footing for negotiations. I would call for a ban on volunteering in the event of redundancies in the interest of the general body. After all, as the SIPTU brass keep telling us when we appeal for our rights as individuals and they fail to recognise these rights, we (SIPTU) are involved in collective bargaining. Do we let them have it both ways? This is, of course a contingency, there may not be any redundancies and we will all live miserably ever after.
