Lack of leadership. Lack of solid business plan. Lack of oversight. Greed.

When I was there quotas were pulled out of the air. Few ever hit them and few made decent money.

The history with high turnover, on all levels, cannot be overlooked. That comes as a result of poor compensation, mismanagement and little to no upward opportunity. Obviously, not a place you would stay long but, it can provide some $ while you look for a better place. Product is extremely easy to learn so you can multi- task.
 




A jury in Philadelphia ruled today that Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) must pay $5.5 million in the 1st in a series of pelvic mesh lawsuits.

The jury found J&J liable, based on the negligence of its scientists in relation to its Prolift pelvic mesh implant, citing it as the root cause of plaintiff Patricia Hammons’ inability to have sex after it was implanted.

Trust me, anyone who works at Axogen knows full well the crew at the top could care less about the worker bees. Most of the previous posts are spot on in this regard. The fact SM would screw over a well deserving rep seeking advancement is a surprise to no one. They all try to say the right things but, their actions are always indicative of the opposite. The leaders of our organization have no moral compass or integrity. Possis indeed. What a joke

That number is well above the average. Considering the small size of the direct sales force in relation to the high turnover ratio, it has to be among the highest in the industry. No, there are no original reps left. Most reps here are actively looking for gigs elsewhere.
 












So what is Susan Mckinnon MD offical opinion on Axogen?

Has she provided a written testimonial for review?



I know for fact Dr. McKinnon does not like nor respect the bowtie wearing, dweeb their company rolls out as the clinical/ translational guru. Most respected individuals with his title have PHD’s or, at least advanced post graduate credentialing. He does not. In short, she is not a fan of axogen.
 








If that is so, why does ED continue to be the scientific face of Axogen? Why are MT and RM in the west still feeding at the trough? These were Axogen OG, No?


Easy, he works for cheap and he's all KZ can afford. Seriously, where else can that fat goof work? The high top Converse shoes with suits and bow ties are only amusing to adolescents. He runs his BS past KZ, she buys it, and at that end of the day, that's all that really matters. He's been with that company for years and what has he done for them or, anyone for that matter?
