This is to help anyone looking to interview for KAM position
1. You will wake up making 200k
A. 165k+base salary
B. $12k car allowance
C. Mileage
D. 100% company paid benefits
2. If you are smart you will work no more than 20 hours/week. Schedule a few lunches make a few bogus calls, call it a day. There are no checks and balances here. This is the least amount of busy work I have ever had at any company
3. Bonus structure is absolute crap. Goals are set by a dart board. I have reps on my team with goals ranging from 30% to over 100% growth and they all make the same if they hit their goal.
4. You are here because you want a good work/life balance. This is a fun product to sell and I don’t know anywhere that will pay you over 200k without selling 1 thing.
5. There are no PIP’s. Do your job(minimally) and you will stay off radar. We are part of a billion dollar corp that just wants an American footprint. They think anything we do is gold!

Hands down best job I’ve ever had. Of course there is drama and BS but the money is good for very little effort you will put in.
 






No pips??? Wrong. Company rolled out multiple “development plans” aka pips in December…gave the reps 30 days to hit goal or else. Then February comes and they cut good people loose. Shitty move imo
Unrealistic goals for many is their way of cutting people that don’t lick their boots I guess. My friend was cut and I know he was a good worker and successful every where he’s been until here.

What leadership? This company doesn’t know the meaning nor do they care to understand what screwed up variables go into every single territory to move this product. I also heard about the issuing of PIP’s to some. There are a lot of good folks here that were completely undeserving of it and work very hard. This is hands down one of the most stressful jobs I’ve ever had in this industry. Not the company I thought it was when I signed on. Concerned for my customers and the claw backs that will be coming down the pipe with these CPT codes. Disappointed with everything to say the least.
 


















It’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. Everyone knows JL is behind all of it. #1 guy leaves. People don’t leave if they’re happy. Mass exodus coming if the OIG doesn’t catch Averitas first.
 












How’s it going Texas? Better be golden. Management is beating down the team both professionally and personally. What 75% turnover in a year? Has the destruction produced the results?
 












Can’t get out of this place fast enough.
Lack luster product thats priced ridiculously, sketchy reimbursement and mediocre leadership at best.
Here we are again, 2nd quarter in a row with no goals. Are we waiting over 6 weeks into the quarter again this time too? What about the IC plan? Is anyone even working at corporate office? This place is a joke!

Plot twist, YOU incompetent managers offer NOTHING! Dumbest bunch of individuals I’ve ever been in a room with. Won’t bother naming the ones that can’t even pronounce the word Capsaicin right. Sit down and go do another twirl in your office chair.
