1. You will wake up making 200k
A. 165k+base salary
B. $12k car allowance
C. Mileage
D. 100% company paid benefits
2. If you are smart you will work no more than 20 hours/week. Schedule a few lunches make a few bogus calls, call it a day. There are no checks and balances here. This is the least amount of busy work I have ever had at any company
3. Bonus structure is absolute crap. Goals are set by a dart board. I have reps on my team with goals ranging from 30% to over 100% growth and they all make the same if they hit their goal.
4. You are here because you want a good work/life balance. This is a fun product to sell and I don’t know anywhere that will pay you over 200k without selling 1 thing.
5. There are no PIP’s. Do your job(minimally) and you will stay off radar. We are part of a billion dollar corp that just wants an American footprint. They think anything we do is gold!
Hands down best job I’ve ever had. Of course there is drama and BS but the money is good for very little effort you will put in.
