The Pensacola territory job has been listed on LinkedIn for a while now. A recruiter contacted me about it, and after a little research about the company & product I turned down the invite to interview, and I’m guessing everyone else has done the same.

The company is a piece of shit place to work. Leadership is inept especially in the West. BWG has her head up her ass and can’t lead a team. The product doesn’t perform and the cost is ridiculous! Never take a job here. It’s not worth it!
 






Luckily this team didn’t get stuck with the interim. I have nothing but respect for BWG for not only coming back but also calling the BS as she saw it! Give the girl a break. She just had a baby and had this hott mess of a team 3 months prior to leave. Don’t forget about they eyes above watching it all. BWG tried to protect you. You sealed your own fait! If your hearts in it for the right reasons, B and others know it.
 






I left when the interim was there. He wasn’t much better and hasn’t produced anything in so cal as a SAM . BWG was in over her head. She was a puppet for CD and JL. She just reiterated what they said. The entire company treats people like shit and they only care about profits, not the patient. BWG needs to learn how to treat people with respect considering almost all the reps have far more experience and many more successes than what she has accomplished. She should have taken the time to get to know each person instead of bullying people into producing more to make herself look good. The west is a mess and always will be. Horrible place to work with corrupt leadership.
 






Incredibly Toxic work environment. High stress, crappy product that you can only sell using procedure codes. “Leadership” here will smile right in your face while prepping your exit paperwork. Wish I would’ve never given this place an ounce of my time. Sinking ship!
 












The worst place I have ever worked for! It’s a hostile environment with constant badgering by people who are clueless in how to sell! I hope they get busted for recommending these codes that don’t match what the procedure actually is.

The West “managers” in general suck. Not sure who’s worse BG or MT. Glad I left that disaster long ago.

This forum is a joke! I’m disgusted by some of these comments. Give the West team a break. They have all went though a lot of change, half their team left and had to rebuild while the RBD was on maternity leave. BG has busted her a** to turn anything she can around since her return. Grow up!
 






BG is not a good RD period! I left during her first three months before maternity leave. She and this company treat reps like crap . The company has poor leadership in general and in particular the west. The West will always be in the cellar or near it because of the lack of quality leadership . BG has her pet favorites and everyone else better watch it. The company will fold there is no legitimate pipeline . Good luck to whom ever is kissing her ass, you must be one of the pets.
