Luckily this team didn’t get stuck with the interim. I have nothing but respect for BWG for not only coming back but also calling the BS as she saw it! Give the girl a break. She just had a baby and had this hott mess of a team 3 months prior to leave. Don’t forget about they eyes above watching it all. BWG tried to protect you. You sealed your own fait! If your hearts in it for the right reasons, B and others know it.
 








I left when the interim was there. He wasn’t much better and hasn’t produced anything in so cal as a SAM . BWG was in over her head. She was a puppet for CD and JL. She just reiterated what they said. The entire company treats people like shit and they only care about profits, not the patient. BWG needs to learn how to treat people with respect considering almost all the reps have far more experience and many more successes than what she has accomplished. She should have taken the time to get to know each person instead of bullying people into producing more to make herself look good. The west is a mess and always will be. Horrible place to work with corrupt leadership.
 








Soooo 3 RBD’s wanted out of their positions and took a different position within the company. I heard one even went back to being a KAM, lol. The West ABD was forced out. The goals are completely outrageous and you can totally FEEL the stress. Only been here for a few months but this place is just not a good vibe at all. Disappointing.
 




The goals are ridiculous! The management is out of touch. The pricing is comical. They keep increasing the price before Medicare adjusts reimbursement. Sad because it’s a great product but those at the top don’t have a clue what they’re doing at all!
 












This is to help anyone looking to interview for KAM position
1. You will wake up making 200k
A. 165k+base salary
B. $12k car allowance
C. Mileage
D. 100% company paid benefits
2. If you are smart you will work no more than 20 hours/week. Schedule a few lunches make a few bogus calls, call it a day. There are no checks and balances here. This is the least amount of busy work I have ever had at any company
3. Bonus structure is absolute crap. Goals are set by a dart board. I have reps on my team with goals ranging from 30% to over 100% growth and they all make the same if they hit their goal.
4. You are here because you want a good work/life balance. This is a fun product to sell and I don’t know anywhere that will pay you over 200k without selling 1 thing.
5. There are no PIP’s. Do your job(minimally) and you will stay off radar. We are part of a billion dollar corp that just wants an American footprint. They think anything we do is gold!

Hands down best job I’ve ever had. Of course there is drama and BS but the money is good for very little effort you will put in.
 












Well wouldn’t you know it BGW could not handle being an RBD she went back to being a KAM. I always knew she was in over her head . She couldn’t sell , has no track record of selling and now proved she can’t handle being a manager. Averitas is a sinking ship with a mediocre product at best.
 








This company is a mess. Leadership doesn't have a clue about what it takes to move this product or their reps that are out there killing themselves daily to make it happen. Goals are outrageous. Stress is on another level.
