Averitas is a nightmare of a company. The worst decision of my career was coming to work here and I'm thankful to have gotten out. They put up a good front during the lengthy interview process and the remuneration and benefits are second-to-none, so it's easy to fall into their trap. DON'T DO IT!!! If you do, though, you'll quickly realize that you joined a highly dysfunctional company with so-called leadership that is a complete joke. The only things they're good at is micromanaging (including threatening and yelling at employees), over-reacting to every little blip in daily sales (both good and bad), and creating thousands of unnecessary slides for Germany. If the OIG investigation doesn't undo them I'm confident they'll find other ways to self-destruct in due time.
 




Woohoo! Just got my official offer from another company today!! Can’t wait to give notice and finally get the heck outta here. Will not miss the stress. Averitas is the worst place I’ve ever taken a job. You don’t threaten good reps in order to produce more. You lose them.

The micromanaging was ridiculous, and upper management terrible, sweeping the evidence under a rug

The threatening, yelling and berating by a young manager with a few years experience (and no management training) was horrifying to my family, who heard her on speakerphone, day after day after day

Don't let the salary and benefits entice you, you’re selling your soul
 












They can’t afford to put anyone else on a PIP. Moral sucks here. Can you imagine if they still put people on PIPs and then let them go after all of the human inventory that has already willingly left this demoralizing shithole? Anyone who comes here of their own accord hasn’t done their research on the company. Waiting for my payout then leaving!

Averitas was the worst decision I ever made . Getting yelled at by a little piece of shit manger who couldn’t sell her way out of a paper bag was too much!! They treat you like garbage and they are corrupt as hell. Fuck you BG former manager of the west who stepped down to become a rep. Obviously she knew she was in way over her head. Not to mention the product sucks as well. It didn’t help most patients and is way too pricy!
 








Don’t forget her non-compliant and overall petulant child-like behavior. She’s passing out fee schedules for CPT codes and LCD’s as if they are candy. Houston, we have a problem here! Hey, OIG - over here!!!
 








She’s a legal liability. Ask the large accounts that left about their experience, or the half her team that were gone within six months. Someone is going to blow that whistle and it won’t be to Germany
 




Wow- So glad my days at Averitas are behind me. Based on what I’m reading I can’t believe BG still has a job then again she is a fantastic liar and brown noses the best of them. The entire team BG “managed” knows she sold Q with the CPT fee schedule. She had copies of EOB’s in hand to show everyone the spread down to the penny. BG also had copies of MSL medical documentation to support the use of CPT codes. I’d never seen anything more reckless in my career. Anyone on her team was too afraid to go to leadership because nothing would actually be done about it which only means one thing, leadership supports that type of behavior and will until big brother steps in and shuts the whole thing down. With the recent news of RTX flopping the writings on the wall. This company is toast. Product is way overpriced doesn’t work and the office is lucky if 1/2 their claims even get reimbursed. Management at this place has their heads in the sand and aren’t providing any legitimate solutions.
