I have talked about it. But I see posts I never made. So I have t believe others are talking about it too. Maybe you are the one that is an idiot for thinking it's only one person posting everywhere when you are the one surfing Cafepharma complaining and calling others names. Seriously, how do you have all this time to surf cafepharma to troll people? Is that all you do?

One was compensated for her vested 401k money to come over and the other was a high performer we gave money too because he had vested money and bonuses he would lose if he came over. Plus in today's job market if you are recruiting from other companies, you will have to pay additional money up front to have them leave. I mean the company came after them, it's not like the person came to the company looking for a job. So, we had to of offer them more money and signing bonuses

thanks! I didn't believe the he came over from the Co. I work for and received a 100K sign on bonus, but I didn't know him well enough to argue. He left my company after just one year and was not quite so sure they'd give him a 100K sign on. It sounded ridiculously high. I think he was trying to compensate and explain why he left so early lol.
