Average Comp?





































Lots of talk about the lack of company car. I don’t care to debate it. I pay $160mth for a NEW 3 row suv at my current job. To buy or get used car now is $35,000+ easy. The story I hear about N are the huge bonuses. Many hard workers in my neck of the woods.

The median average base pay here is mid to upper 120s. I’m sure they’ll be an outliner rep respond saying they make more and maybe so but we’re talking median averages here.

140 cap for a select few but most in 130s. Target bonus is 44. It’s very watered down comp once you have to start deducting out of pocket for your car and gas.
