Average Comp?

Would love a serious answer. I have a job right now, which I am happy at, but the writing on the walls says I should leave within the next 12 months. I started interviewing with Nuerocrine, but havent discussed comp yet. Does anyone know the base salary range? target bonus? Stock?

I know, Nuerocrine is the worst company in the world, just like every company on cafepharma. However, I would really appreciate some real answers. The pipeline looks promising. Thanks!

155 to 165 can be secured for the right candidate. But with the soul less leadership team there is a price to be payed. Seriously there is no concern for anyone, especially the patients. Check out “the tigers new stripes” if you want a window into the world of Neurocrine.

What about target bonus amount and do most reps hit it?
 








































































If anyone could give some info on the comp I'd be grateful. I also appreciate the would-be comedians and disgruntled under achievers comments as well. But, would like to know a true salary range (anywhere from 110-165 listed in this thread already), target bonus, sign on RSU and bonus, as well as car allowance and mileage. If anyone is willing to help me out I'd appreciate it.

you just admitted to garnering salary survey info on here already. Next step is applying for a job to see if you qualify for an interview. Surely you must know getting involved in the process will get you the real info so you won’t need to rely on CF for your career coaching. So hop to it and apply for a position. Pay attention you self loathing troll. I have an interview. P1 wouldn't give me specifics. Don't want to waste anyone's time if the money isn't there.
