Let’s cut to the chase. The leadership is a bunch of Big Pharma Amgen types. They have been engaged in Big Pharma beaureaucratic bull shit that they have no clue how to build a great start up. I had a friend interview with a first line manager in CA and she ran as fast as she could. Not impressed at all. It’s a job, nothing more. Don’t let the allure of a start up cloud your common sense and make a move you may regret

northern or southern CA? I recently was contacted by recruiter? can anyone tell me about managers?
PDUFA January 21 2021. Company has put a pause on hiring for now, no access = no need to hire the field until Q4 earliest. COVID has derailed many pre-launch plans across industry. The recruiters should admit delay so we can all adjust expectations. I’m definitely staying put at my current job, even though it sucks, I’m still making a lot more on my base. Aurinia 150k not worth it. Too many unknowns with this company.

Has anyone communicated with Aurinia lately? I think they've stopped the hiring process temporarily.
I interviewed with Aurinia and was very impressed. Sadly did not get an offer but wish all of you who did the best. Will be a good run!
