Talk about entitled. WTF! These benefits are fairly standard for the industry and for most start up organizations. Not sure what you were expecting, but if you want that cushy 5 weeks vacation, then stay with your current company and earn it. Vacation is earned and accrued. deal with it.

BTW, recruiter gave range of $130-$170k, for what its worth. Could be BS for all I know, though. Doubtful that they would give out the top amount that they are willing to go.

Didn’t flinch at $155, Tricida started at $160k.
 




































you applied for a few? I'm sure that will lend to your credibility. As a hiring director, I will rarely reach out to the person that sends over their resume for multiple postings.
Base for the company will be strong. Culture should be good.

1) Aurinia posted a bazillion openings.
2) some of us live on the border of 2 territories
3) most start ups fail and that includes the “slam dunks” like SAGE
4) most recruiters (internal or external) don’t know their @ss from a hole in the ground when it comes to actual geography parameters
5) as such... some us post for 2 openings since we realize you don’t have YoShizzle together and this provides a second shot on goal and/or 2 different managers considering R candidacy

The PDUFA will be announced the week of July 21 so we’ll all be able to calculate the hiring based on that date - usu is 3-4 mos on board before approval. Not holding my breath either, will continue to wait it out & hopefully stat in Sept with the Gilead fil team.
 
















































When the Recruiter and I connected, she was all over the place with the conversation. The conversation did not flow at all. She reached out to me on a Monday, and wanted to know if I could interview with the DM the very next day. I have never experienced such a discombobulated conversation. She did not seem to have solid information. Not sure if the company is aware of her representation.
